AFC wins Pro Bowl
AFC beat NFC to win the 2018 Pro Bowl in what turned out to be a pulsating clash. NFC had a 20-3 at the halfway point of the game too. AFC then rallied back in the third quarter and cut that lead down to just three points. Heading into the final three minutes of the contest the NFC still led by six points. AFC kept plugging away and with ninety one seconds remaining on the clock, Derek Carr found Delanie Walker to give AFC the lead for the first time in the game. The AFC held on to win the game 24-23. It was also AFC’s second straight Pro Bowl win against their NFC counterparts.
Is the NFL fining players for competing in arm wrestling?
Some players from the NFL took part in an arm wrestling competition that was held in Las Vegas recently. Reports are now coming in that the NFL did not take to that too kindly and is now fining players who took part in the event. There are some reports coming in that close to thirty players both current and former took part in The Pro Football Arm Wrestling Championship. The event was held between April 5 and April 19. According to NFL rules, players cannot take part in any event that happens in Las Vegas because of gambling being legal in the city.
