About A Free Man of Color

The director Dan Bonnell has recreated the scenes for stage perfectly and his visualization has taken the show to a whole new level. The play follows a plot where the people of New Orleans were subjected to lawlessness and there was little or no respect for women. Everyone believed in taking and was willing to go to any extent to get what they want.  The stage designer David Potts has done a wonderful job with the set and has effectively created an evocative silhouetted environment. A. Jeffrey Schoenberg was brilliant with the costumes and they easily compliment the 19th century era.
