Pearl Jam has released 9 studio albums to date, the latest one being released in 2009. Each of the albums is ranked at the top 5 positions on the US Charts. The year 2000 began the long list of ‘official bootlegs’ of live albums. By 2001 the band had released 72 live albums and with it they made the record of having the most albums debuting on the Billboard charts. Pearl Jam has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide and is recognized as one of the most popular rock bands of the nineties.
