This alternative blues rock musician has worked with Bloodline and Black Country Communion and attributed his musical influences to Robert Johnson, Albert Collins, B.B King, Steve Ray Vaughn and Danny Gatton. As a solo artist, Bonamassa released his debut album in 2000 with the title, A New day Yesterday and contained hit singles like "Cradle Rock", "A New Day Yesterday", "Color and Shape", "Trouble Waiting" and "Current Situation". 2002 brought a blues rock album of Bonamassa with the title, So, It’s Like That, containing singles like "My Mistake", "No Slack", "Never Say Goodbye", "Stick in Love" and "The Hard Way". A New Day Yesterday, Live, Blues Deluxe and Had to Cry Today are Bonamassa’s albums which came out in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
The sixth studio album of Bonamassa is titled, You & Me, released in 2006, containing singles like, "High Water Everywhere", "Asking Around for You", "Tea for One" and "Torn Down". Sloe Gin was released in 2007 as Bonamassa’s seventh studio album and has singles like "One of These Days", "Sloe Gin", "Around the Bend" and "Jelly Roll". In 2008, Bonamassa released a two CD set containing the live versions of his songs from previous albums. In 2009, Bonamassa released a studio album with the title, The Ballad of John Henry, containing singles like "Stop", "Lonesome Road Blues", "Feelin’ Good" and "The Great Flood". Bonamassa’s latest studio album came out in 2010 with the title, Black Rock and featured some brilliant singles like "I Know a Place", "Spanish Boots", "Look over Yonder’s Wall" and "Blue and Evil". The album peaked at number one on UK Indie Chart and US Billboard Blues Album.
Bonamassa also joined his first band, "Bloodline" and released a self-titled album. Bonamassa released his debut album with the new band, "Black Country Communion" in 2010 which is titled Black Country. The album did a good business and Bonamassa will tour in promotion of his album.
