Early Years

Niall Horan was born in Mullingar, Ireland. This is the same town which was an occasional haunt for a young James Joyce. He has a brother, Greg Horan and the boys were raised by their father. Greg got a guitar for Christmas, which he showed no interest in. So, Niall picked it up, logged onto YouTube and taught himself how to play the instrument.
