Written by the acclaimed playwright "Craig Wright", the show has become one of the most sought after plays of the year. Before the premiere of Grace in Washington DC at the "Wolly Mammoth Theater", Craig collaborated with director Dexter Bullard and award winning actor Michael Shannon on another show "Mistakes Were Made". The 'Barrow Street Theatre Production' of "Mistakes Were Made" was a hit amongst the audiences and critics. It was enlisted as the "Top 10 Productions of 2012" by 'Time Magazine'. In 2009, Craig was also honored with the "Playwright Award" at the Horton Foote Excellence ceremony.  Craig has also won a WGA nomination and Emmy Award nomination for his episodes "Falling Into Place" and "Twilight" for the TV series "Six Feet Under". On the other hand, the intelligent director Dexter Bullard has also worked on several breakthrough shows that have garnered rave reviews from the audiences such as "Gas For Less", "Lady, Reverie", "The Big Meal" and "Circle Mirror Transformation". Over the years, Dexter has bagged many prestigious awards and honors for his impeccable work including a Lucille Lortel Award. The previews for the Broadway production began during September 2012 and the official run kicked off in October. The play will be showcased at the beautifully constructed 'Cort Theatre'. Currently owned by the "Shubert Organization", the Cort Theatre offers the perfect setting to showcase a range of theatrical performances. A 'New York City Landmark', the Cort Theatre opened in December 1912. Since then the venue has showcased several notable productions including "Merton of the Movies", "The Blue Bird", "Room Service", "The Diary of Anne Frank", "Once Upon a Mattress", "Boeing Boeing", "The Magic Show", "The Grapes of Wrath", "An American Daughter", "A Year With Frog and Toad", "On Golden Pond", "Barefoot In The Park", "The Little Dog Laughed" and "Stick Fly". Designed by "Thomas Lamb", the venue can easily house over thousand individuals. It also holds the distinction of being the only surviving and active venue by the Scottish born American architect. Thomas's other notable works include 'Madison Square Garden', 'Ohio Theatre', 'Orpheum Theatre', 'Ridgewood Theatre', 'Stanley Theatre' and 'Lincoln Theatre' amongst other esteemed venues.
