He won three National League MVP awards and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1969.

Bob Gibson - Gibson was a dominant pitcher for the Cardinals in the 1960s and 1970s, winning two Cy Young Awards and the National League MVP award in 1968. He had a career ERA of 2.91 and struck out 3,117 batters. Gibson also helped lead the Cardinals to two World Series championships.
