About Kansas City Symphony Mozart

Kansas City Symphony is located in Kansas City, Missouri. Michael Stern is their music director at present. Previously, their concerts were held at the Lyric Theatre in Downtown Kansas City. However, since September 2011, they have shifted to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The symphony orchestra was first established in 1933. It closed down in 1982 but was revived a few months later by the philanthropist businessman R. Crosby Kemper Jr., who sensed the necessity for such an orchestra in the city, in collaboration with CEO of Hallmark Cards, Donald J. Hall and co-founder of H&R Block, Henry W. Bloch. From then on, the mission of the symphony was highlighted to be the promotion of the classical music art for the cultural enrichment of the society. They seem to be aptly fulfilling their mission by conducting a Kansas City Symphony Mozart show. The symphony orchestra that will be playing Mozart at the recital consists of eighty full-time musicians who are residents of Kansas City. The show is going to be a part of their forty-two week long season. You can be a part of their season by purchasing the Mozart tickets. For the great pleasure of music lovers, cheap Mozart tickets are also available.
