Born in the Ohio city of Cleveland, he is the son of a World War II veteran and a teacher. He studied at the Shaker Heights High School and Solon High School from which he graduated with his GED. Soon after, two days later, he performed on the BET 106 & Park as a debut for the music video of Day ‘n’ Nite and a day later saw Kid Cudi performing three of his songs on the NBC show, Last Call with Carson Daly. A Bathing Ape Presents BAPE HEADS SHOW

The famous Japanese street-wear brand A Bathing Ape is celebrating its 25^th anniversary with the first New York City BAPE Heads Show taking place at the Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theatre in December. BAPE has teamed up with five legendary music artists for the silver jubilee event. The stellar lineup comprises artists Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Lil Yachty, Wiz Khalifa and Pusha T. They will be sharing the stage and performing their music live to celebrate BAPE’s music influences throughout its existence.
