The Book Of Mormon Costa Mesa Tickets
The Book of Mormon is a play written by a trio of veteran writers; Matt Stone, Robert Lopez and Trey Parker. Along with writing the book for the musical, the team has also composed the music and lyrics. This project has thus far proven to be fairly successful. Part of the reason why the show has done so well is the fact that the three have worked together for other projects as well. Stone had collaborated with Parker for the famous animated series “South Park”. Lopez too has made his name as a writer with his work on “Avenue Q”.

The three came together to produce a show that would address some cutting edge issues that mainstream Broadway shows seem to avoid. Having received success in their individual projects, it was only inevitable that their skill would reflect in their collaborative effort as well. With only less than a year of performances, the show has already gathered rave reviews and is currently on a tour of the country. The Book of Mormon Costa Mesa CA tickets are now available for those who want to enjoy this interesting play.
It tells the tale of two young boys who happen to be Mormon missionaries. They get posted to Uganda, and their job is to invite people to Mormonism. But as they venture into the lives of the people, they realize that they are so deeply buried in problems like disease and poverty that religion to them holds little meaning. The play hopes to challenge people’s perspectives on such subjects in a very light and humorous manner and that is what makes it truly entertaining.
