Mamma Mia! is one of the longest running musicals in history. It is based on some of the hit songs by the 70’s pop group ABBA. The musical follows the story of Sophie, who has been raised by her mother Donna. As Sophie’s wedding approaches, she yearns to be walked down the aisle by her absent father. Donna calls on her gal pals to help her make the wedding the best ones in Greece. Sophie, however, secretly sends out wedding invites to three men mentioned in Donna’s diary. She assumes that one of the three could be her father. The arrival of the trio starts a chain of surprises and rekindles old romances, turning the story into a feel-good tale of love and acceptance.

The famous musical is now out on its North American tour and will be visiting major cities in Canada and the US. It will be stopping in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for performances at the Uihlein Hall of the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.

The touring cast consists of actors such as Georgia Kate Haege, Chelsea Williams, Sarah Smith, Jeff Drushal and Eric Presnall.
