Country Music Awards return, bringing all the sensational names from the world of country music together. The show is going to be hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley once again. There is a lot of tension as many of the top names are competing against each other in different nomination categories. The CMA Awards is the name given to the award ceremony which honors country music and in which the winners are voted by the Country Music Association. They have separate awards for female and male singers, groups, singles, albums and videos. The highest honor of this event is the "Entertainer of the Year" award which is given to the act that has had the best year in terms of sales, concerts and overall influence on the industry. This has been won by people like Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, and more recently, Taylor Swift. Swift is the only other female after Barbara Mandrell to have won this award twice. This year’s ceremony is about to be held soon.
