A little history

The idea of forming the Professional Bull Riders came to the minds of the twenty bull riders who decided to save and promote the sport of rodeo. For this purpose, everyone contributed $1,000 each and created a body which was later known as PBR. Based in Colorado, this organization is currently at the forefront of the rodeo movement and is known for holding in excess of 300 events every year as a part of its three tours, 'Velocity Tour,' 'Unleash the Beast Series' and 'Touring Pro Division.'

Professional Bull Riders is currently home to over 600 cowboys who belong to different parts of the world including, Canada, Mexico, the United States, Australia and Brazil. In the States, the PBR shows are broadcasted on CBS and CBS Sports Network.
