The rules for the ride are simple. Bull rider who stays on the back of a temperamental 2,000 pound bull for 8 seconds and get themselves a ‘qualified ride’. And the timer stops when the bull riders hand comes off the rope, the rider’s free arm touches the bull or the rider falls off the bull and touches the ground.
