After listening to one of their performances live, Noel was not impressed and was asked by his brother to manage the band. When he refused, Liam offered him a place in the band and complete creative control over all future decisions. Noel accepted the offer and became the primary songwriter for the group which was, by that time, called ?Oasis.?

Oasis proved to be one of the most successful bands in the history of the music industry. They released seven albums in all and managed to sell over seventy five million copies, becoming one of the highest selling artists in history. Each and every one of their albums reached the top spot on the UK music charts and was certified multiple times platinum in different countries around the globe. They became one of the biggest acts to come out of the U.K in several years and between 1995 and 2015 were the highest selling artists in the country.

The success he earned with the Oasis was nothing short of incredible and the trend continued until their break up in 2009. In 2011, he formed the Noel Gallagher?s High Flying Birds with Mike Rowe (piano), Jeremy Stacey (drums), Russell Pritchard (bass) and Tim Smith (guitars).  They have released two albums, both getting to the number one spot on the U.K music charts. Their most recent release will be accompanied by an extensive world tour and they will be coming to a city near you as well.
