Ville Virtanen who is known as Darude was born on 17th July 1975. He is a Finland based DJ and also a trance producer. His love for music can be traced back to the very early years of his life. While studying in high school he started making music with the help of his PC's tracker software. With the passage of time his interest in music grew deeper, and so did his music sense. This album like his first song broke many records and won Darude the kind of popularity that one could ever dream of. He once again topped the charts with his album and secured first position on the Finnish album charts. He was praised for his outstanding music and in order to recognize his passion for music Darude was given three Finnish Grammy awards.

Success never stopped coming and he won fame from the very start of his career. He released his second single Feel the Beat in the year 2000. Maintaining the legacy of his earlier performances this single also proved to be a hit. It topped the charts and secured him first position in Finland and fifth on the UK singles chart. Darude went on a tour for the very first time in year 2001. After the release of his second album titled Rush he started touring extensively throughout the United States and Eastern Europe thereby taking his music with him with the aim of showing the world what he is capable of doing. In 2011 he launched his own personal label called EnMass in collaboration with the USA producer and DJ named Randy Boyer.
