Nassim Soleimanpour’s masterpiece

White Rabbit Red Rabbit is Nassim Soleimanpour’s brainchild. He is an Iranian playwright who was asked to serve in the military but he refused and as a result he was banned from travelling abroad. Nassim turned his isolation to his advantage by writing a play, White Rabbit Red Rabbit.

The play premiered at the Edinburgh and Clubbed Thumb’s Summerworks Festival in 2011. What makes this show different from others is that the actors change for every performance, which is unheard of. The performers read the script for the first time in front of the audience and a lot of famous names have performed in the play till now.
