About The Nutcracker

Presented by Phoenix Ballet, The Nutcracker is a Christmas ballet which is loved by people all around the world. It is a tale of a girl called Clara who gets a Nutcracker doll as a Christmas present from grandfather Drosselmeyer. The skilled toymaker follows the yearly tradition and brings presents to all the children but unlike every year, this time, Clara’s toy is a bit different. As time passes, Clara goes to sleep and a few moments later she finds her living room being invaded by the Evil Mouse’s Army. To her surprise, she finds out that the nutcracker doll has come to life and is rescuing her. Clara’s story is full of adventure and mesmerizing dance moves.
