The fast rise of this dance company can be attributed to the efforts and creativity of Kelly Salisbury. Kelly has been the company’s Artistic Director for almost nineteen years. Kelly is also technically sound and has a loaded experience with names like Stanley Holden, Donna McKechnie, Joe Tremaine and Louis DaPron. She has performed and choreographed musicals while training at the Broadway Dance Center, American Dance Machine and Harkness School of Ballet. Her associations with various stages, dance clubs and especially Florida Dance Masters has helped in creating the most fantastic recitals for the company.

Martucci and Kelly are the main machinery behind the pointe. They work with a lineup of experienced professional dancers which has names like Adella Squires, Mandy Taylor, Nikki Serra, Kelli Dorrough, Shara Ritz, Angie Harrison, Kayla Lopez and McClaine Timmerman.
