A Piercing Look At Marriage And Love
The first couple that is introduced to the audience is the not-so-blissfully wedded one. Karen Nash and Sam are trying to revisit their old relationship by taking a trip to their honeymoon suite. However, things take a turn for the worse when the couple enters a heated debate about one of them cheating on the other. Will they be able to reconcile their differences or will they give up on each other?
Meeting An Old Flame
The second act of the show involves a meet up between two old friends, a movie producer named Jesse Kiplinger and Muriel Tate, who also happens to be Kiplinger’s old flame. The suburban housewife is well aware of Kiplinger’s ‘reputation’, therefore she has already decided that she will not stay for long. However, the smooth-talking ladies’ man tries to seduce – see whether she will fall for the director or not.
Cold Feet Before The Wedding
The last act shows a worried couple (Norma and Roy) whose daughter, Mimsey, is experiencing cold feet right before her wedding. Mimsey is so nervous that she has locked herself in the bathroom suite while her parents are making desperate attempts to convince her to unlock the door. Time starts running out as the guests start awaiting the family’s arrival downstairs. Watch the play to see whether Mimsey will listen to her parents and finally get married or will she keep herself locked?
