An expert in his field he has created work and taught at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, American Ballet Theatre and ABT Studio Company. Himself a dancer he has gained a lot of experience working with major ballet organizations like Royal Ballet, New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater.
