This classic version of The Nutcracker produced by Nashville Ballet is going to narrate the tale of Clara, a girl with a vivid imagination, who travels far on a fantasy ride with the assistance of her uncle Drosselmeyer. This classic Tchaikovsky tale is brought alive to the stage with around two hundred dancers. The performance is set against Philip Glass’ piano solo Orphee Suite, which presents death as end as well as a new beginning.
