Madagascar Live! Tickets

Based on Dreamworks entertainment’s movie series Madagascar, this live touring show presents the characters from the movie to the audience in a fun filled theatrical manner. The characters are the same as in the movie, including Marty the Zebra, Alex the Lion, Gloria the Hippo, Melman the Giraffe, King Julien and famous crafty, plotting Penguins. The movie being very popular among children, makes it more interesting as the children usually know about the storyline but watching these characters live in front of them is altogether more exciting.

The story features a group of animals from New York City’s zoo finding escape towards Madagascar in search of a free lifestyle. They have been living in zoo for a long time as friends and as they are provided with food by the management, their innate hunting and violent nature has become dormant. Nevertheless, they get bored in captivity and decide to leave for jungle, and accidentally manage to get out of the zoo, reaching Madagascar. The movie also narrates what they go through as newbies in a jungle where their being novice puts them in troubles. There is a funny group on small rodents headed by King Julien whom the New Yorker animals get to interact as well.

The show basically targets young audience but adults also feel delighted watching their accompanying kids having fun. King Julien’s dance and songs and the famous Move it Move it! makes all the audience sing along. The show presents interaction of characters in such a hilarious way that makes the whole audience burst into laughter.

There are other attractions for audience in Madagascar Live as well, like lemur glasses for them to wear, making them feel more incorporated into the action going on. Similarly, the announcements made are usually by the characters from the show, and hit songs to be sung by characters that make the children sing along. As a whole, the atmosphere amusing, elevated and entertaining with so many small children enjoying the show with unmatched excitement making their parents feeling good for them. Typically there is a 45 minutes intermission during the show, in which children are seen excited and discussing what has already been performed and what new stuff is about to come. Audience can enjoy drinks as well as snacks during this short break, before the show resumes with King Julien singing I Like to Move it Move it! along with his team of small and very cute rodents.
