They tell the story of 38 planes that were routed after the attacks and made emergency landing in Gander, a small town in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The musical also highlights the hospitality of the locals who hosted and took care of more than 7,000 stranded passengers.
Focusing on the acts of kindness and integrity, the music score revolves around the best human instincts, enduring friendships and fear in the face of darkness.
