Raw Begins Proceedings

January 11, 1993 was the day Raw made its debut to start its journey towards changing the very dynamics of professional wrestling. The concept and everything about the program was nothing short of groundbreaking. It also happened to be the first ever live weekly wrestling show in the history of the sport.

Raw’s duration was initially increased to two hours and then one more hour was added to it.
