As far as Oregon's Cross Country and Track and Field programs are concerned, they have garnered countless titles across all disciplines and, as of 2009, hold all of the university's championships except the 1939 championship in men's basketball. The men's basketball team began play in 1902 under the supervision of head coach Charles Burden. They play their home games at McArthur Court. The Ducks' baseball team was established in 1877 and they play their games at PK Park. The Athletics director for the team is Rob Mullens. The Ducks have a long list of achievements; they are the proud winners of a grand total of seventeen NCAA national championships. They won the championship for Men's Basketball in 1939. They have taken home the trophy for Men's Cross Country in 1971, 1973, 1974, 1977, 2007, and 2008.
