Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA)

In North America, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) is the governing body of the sport. Under its umbrella, 35 states in the US along with a few Canadian provinces have the authority to organize competitions that are all part of the PRCA tour.

Set up in 1936, the organization is currently headquartered in Colorado Springs. This is also where the American Cowboy Museum and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame are located.
