Team history

Baltimore Orioles were formed in 1901 as Milwaukee Brewers. The name was then changed to St. Louis Browns and in 1953 it was eventually named Baltimore Orioles. The team is nicknamed “The Birds” or simply “The O’s.” The official team colors are orange, white and black. The Orioles have won the World Series title three times.

Houston Astros were formed in the year 1962 as part of the MLB extension. So far the Astros have won six division titles. They had a wild card berth in 2015.
