The story of Wicked revolves around the universal concept of good and evil by capturing the story of Elphaba and Glinda, two witches with two different perspectives on life. The story of Wicked is based in the famous land of the Wizard of Oz and most of the plot is flashback through the lives of Elphaba and Glinda. Wicked comprises of two acts and first act narrates the initial relationship and formation of friendship between the two witches. The plot narrates that Elphaba was an ignored witch and suffered at the hands of corrupt Wizard before joining the evil path. She asks her friend Glinda to join her as well but Glinda who has been a popular witch decides to stay on the righteous path.  And much of the story is about the rivalry between two friends.
