The Broadway Sensation

Beautiful: The Carole King Musical is an autobiographical jukebox musical based on the book by Douglas McGarth. Premiering with a pre-Broadway run at the Curran Theatre, the show opened to a successful response, selling-out all preview performances. Beautiful was choreographed by Josh Prince, with Jason Howland acting as the musical director and Marc Bruni as the main director. The lead role of Carole King was played by the Tony Award winning actress, Jessie Mueller (known for acting in renowned musicals, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Into the Woods, Carousel and On a Clear Day You Can See Forever).
