Some of the greatest cricketers in the history of the sport will take center stage as the Cricket All-Star Series makes its way to the US for three exhilarating T20 encounters. The idea is the brainchild of two icons of the sport, Shane Warne and Sachin Tendulkar. The two of them have worked tirelessly to bring on board superstars from almost every major cricket playing country in the world.  The games will be played in New York, Houston and Los Angeles. Shane Warne and Sachin Tendulkar got together in 2014 to start working on a new idea.  That little idea has now turned into the star studded Cricket All-Stars Series which will be making its way to the United States in just a short while.

Cricket comes to the US

Cricket had given Warne and Tendulkar so much over the years so they decided to give something back to the game they love. The two icons sat together and came up with the groundbreaking concept of taking the sport to the masses in the US. They decided to play three T20 games, featuring retired superstars in three venues across the country. The idea gained traction in no time at all to turn the dream into a reality. Cricket fever is about to take over the United States.

Stars in the house

The Citi Field, Minute Maid Park and the Dodger Stadium will provide the stage for some of the cricket’s all time greats to dazzle fans with their skills. Icons like Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Jacques Kallis, Allan Donald, Kumar Sangakkara, Muttiah Muralitharan, Matthew Hayden, Ricky Ponting, Courtney Walsh, Brian Lara, Michael Vaughan, Saurav Ganguly and VVS Laxman among many others will take the field and roll back the years to showcase all that is great about the sport.
