Gigi is among the most celebrated musical revivals of the 2014-15 Broadway season. It has been lauded as “scrumptious eye-candy” by The New York Times. Creatives behind the show
The musical is based on the novella of the same name penned down by Colette whereas the book for the musical has been written down by Alan Jay Lerner. He also provides the lyrics while the music is by Frederick Loewe. Together, both of them bring hit numbers such as “Thank Heaven for Little Girls,” “She’s Not Thinking of Me,” and “In This Wide, Wide World” among others. The 2015 revival has been worked on by bookwriter Heidi Thomas, choreographer Joshua and director Eric Schaeffer.
