The flood also affected the Grand Ole Opry House like a lot of Nashville but even a destructive flood could not de-spirit the show. The oath which the show took to keep its services going remained and the show was carried out in different venues including the TPAC War memorial Auditorium and Ryman Auditorium. The show came back to its house in September and it was a time worth celebrating and the celebrations did happen.
